Salon Policy
Please review the following before your visit. These policies help us deliver a consistent, sanitary, and unhurried experience for every guest.
Salon Policy
We will repair lifting or chipping on Acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, Gel Color, or Dip Powder within 7 days. Notify us on the same day of service and return within 7 days. Repairs needed due to normal wear, accidental damage, improper aftercare, or post-service changes are not covered and may incur an additional fee.
All tools are properly disinfected and opened from a new sealed pouch for every client. If a sealed pouch isn't opened during your service, notify the front desk for a $10 gift voucher.
10-minute grace period. If you're running late, please call ahead — arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on technician availability, and full completion can't be guaranteed. We kindly ask for 12–24 hours notice for cancellations. Walk-ins welcome.
All prices are listed on the menu. Length, shape, or design upgrades will incur additional charges — please confirm before service begins.
No refunds. We encourage every guest to review their nails and service before leaving the salon so any concerns can be addressed immediately. Once you leave, design or preference changes are considered a new service and charged accordingly.
Please let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before service. Share your preferences clearly, confirm pricing and any upgrades up front, and report any post-service irritation promptly so we can help.
M Nail Lounge is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left behind during your visit. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and we cannot replace lost or stolen cards. Promotional offers and vouchers may carry expiration dates or service restrictions — please review the terms at the time of purchase or redemption.
Call or stop by — we're happy to walk you through anything before your appointment.
